Friction brake works on both sides of the control line for precise trimming and powerful locking
Body manufactured from N6 Nylon for great strength, resistance to impact and long life in the harsh environment of salt water and sun |
Ergonomic control knob with stainless steel threaded insert for precise control and durability in a marine environment
|
Delrin® feed pulley with stainless steel ball bearings ensures smooth running and feeds the control line fairly into the friction brake regardless of the angle of the tiller
Stainless fixing screws (included) located at the extremities of the base to resist twisting and ensure solid attachment at high loads
Top quality braided line control line (included) for strength and durability
|
|
The Tiller Trimmer allows you to control the resistance of the tiller from completely free to fully locked: You can lock the boat on course while you attend to other tasks, or exert a degree of resistance so that you need only nudge the tiller from time to time to maintain your heading.
The Tiller Trimmer doesn’t intrude into the cockpit seating area and doesn’t inhibit the use of a tiller pilot. It can be mounted above or underneath the tiller and suits inboard or outboard hung rudders.
 |
The Tiller Trimmer has a narrow footprint that allows it to be fitted to tillers of all shapes and sizes, even tubular ones, without adaptor brackets. The base stands slightly proud of the tiller surface except at the two fastener points to prevent any accumulation of water that could damage the tiller finish.
Overall dimensions: 4” long, 2” wide. Control line is 6' long.

The Tiller Trimmer comes complete with control line and a pair of black plastic cleats.

Motor Grip™
The Motor Grip™ provides a secure, top mounted, ergonomic lifting handle for outboard motors. For transferring your outboard from transom to cockpit, from tender to boat or from boat to dock the Motor Grip allows you to keep ‘'one hand for yourself'’. Lifting an outboard motor vertically requires two hands and a precarious balancing act! The Motor Grip provides a single comfortable lifting handle on top of the motor, leaving your other hand free to support yourself.
Made in UK from strong polyester webbing and acetal snap buckles the Motor Grip can be quickly and easily attached to the motor. Should you wish, Motor Grip can be permanently left on the motor – it won’t interfere with motor operation.
Fits most 2 stroke and 4 stroke motors from up to 6HP weighing around 60 lbs.

Clipper™ sail ties, set of four.
Clipper™ sail ties are poly-webbing straps that fasten quickly and securely with acetal snap buckles. No more knot-tying – these sail-ties make securing your flaked sails to the boom easier and neater.
Clipper™ sail-ties come in sets of four, each 6' long. Each sail-tie can be adjusted for length by pulling the end of the tie at the buckle. If you wish to remove any excess length of strap this is easily done by cutting and then heat sealing the end with a lighter or match.
Colours available are Red or Blue.
